Fee Details

Medical Conference in Conference in Medicine  is a Paid conference. This is a paid conference where the fee is charged for attending the conference. However, this fee covers your Breakfast, Lunch and Tea, coffee –n– snacks during the conference and also the attendance Certificate.


The Fee details are as:



Till 11th of May 2017                  -  Dhs 350  for Doctors    

Till 17th of May 2017                  -  Dhs 400  for Doctors    

Spot Registration at Venue          -  Dhs 450 for Doctors     



Non Doctors

Till 11th of May 2017                  -  Non Doctors Dhs 250

Till 17th of May 2017                  -  Non Doctors Dhs 300

Terms & Condition for cancellation of Registration

1. Cancellation before two week - an administrative charge of 20% will be deducted

2. Cancellation before one week - an administrative charge of 50% will be deducted

3. Cancellation with in 7 days of conference - No Refund


Other Important Information

Trinity Management & Oxford Medical Centre are not responsible for any loss of certificate once it has been delivered. All Certificates will be issued at the end of congress and Delegates have to collect the same. Oxford Medical Centre will not be responsible for sending the certificate later, as it will be given to delegate only once when they fully attend
